Support

SH/FT supports Apple-silicon Macs running macOS 14 or later where macOS exposes Automatic plus at least one of Low or High Power mode. The app shows only modes reported by that Mac.

Get help

Email support@dartri.com with the app version, macOS version, Mac model, and exact error. Never send a password, serial number, document, or unrelated log.

Diagnostics

If support requests diagnostics, enable the local log, reproduce the issue, export the JSON, and review it before attaching it. Nothing uploads automatically.
