We route WWHITEBOARDD help requests by topic so account, board, privacy, security, deletion, and beta questions land with the right person.

For WWHITEBOARDD support, email labs@dartri.com with the subject line WWHITEBOARDD Support. Include the account email, device model, iOS version, and a short description of what happened.

We can help with magic link sign-in, Sign in with Apple, passwords, profile updates, two-factor verification, trusted devices, rate limits, logout issues, and account recovery.

For Apple sign-in issues, tell us whether you used your real email or Apple private relay email. Do not send passwords, one-time codes, or private recovery keys.

For board, invite, sync, member access, ownership, transfer, or deletion issues, include the board name, the account email, and what role you expected to have on the board.

We may need to verify account ownership or board membership before assisting with access changes.

For drawing, eraser, sticky note, image, Polaroid, link card, caption, timestamp, layering, selection, resize, or movement issues, include the device model and whether the issue happens on Wi-Fi, cellular, or both.

For privacy, data access, correction, export, deletion, or legal questions, email legal@dartri.com. Use the in-app account deletion flow where available.

Account deletion and board content retention are handled according to the WWHITEBOARDD Privacy Policy.

To report abusive content, unlawful content, harassment, threats, impersonation, or misuse of a board, email labs@dartri.com or legal@dartri.com with the board name, account email, and a description of the issue.

We may remove content, restrict accounts, limit access, preserve records, or take other reasonable action when we believe a board, account, or usage pattern creates legal, security, safety, or product risk.

If you believe you found a security issue, email legal@dartri.com with details. Do not access, copy, modify, delete, or disclose data that does not belong to you.

Do not use support channels for emergency communications. WWHITEBOARDD is not an emergency service or guaranteed communications channel.
